Loyalty Rewards Program T+C for Chia's Place Massage​


1. Enrollment and Earning Points

Sign-Up Bonus: You will receive 30 loyalty points upon registering and creating an account.
Appointment Booking: Earn 40 points for every appointment booked with a retail price of £65 or more. Appointments priced below £65 do not qualify for points.
Referral Program: Earn 40 points when a friend books their first appointment valued at £65 or more using your referral code. Your referred friend will also earn 40 points upon completing their first qualifying booking.
No Points for Free Sessions: Free sessions, including those redeemed through promotions, giveaways, do not qualify for loyalty points.

2. Point Eligibility
Minimum Spend Requirement:
Points are only awarded for appointments with a retail price of £65 or more. Appointments below this price do not qualify for loyalty points.
Cancellation Policy: If a referred friend cancels their booking and receives a refund, the points earned by both you and the friend will be deducted.
Missed Appointments: Points will not be awarded for missed or no-show appointments, as this undermines the integrity of the loyalty program.
Package Points Calculation: For packages that include multiple sessions, points will be awarded based on the number of sessions within the package that meet or exceed the £65 threshold. For example, if a package includes three sessions and each session is valued at £65 or more, you will earn points for each session within the package.

3. Managing Your Points
Backdated Points: If you notice that points have not been credited to your account, you must report the discrepancy within 3 months of the booking date to receive credit. After this period, requests for backdated points will not be honored.
Point Expiry: Loyalty points do not expire and will remain in your account indefinitely.
Monetary Value: Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary equivalent.

4. Use of Points
Redemption: Points can be redeemed for services or products as specified in the loyalty program. The list of eligible services and products is subject to change.
Business Closure: In the event of an unforeseen closure of the business, you will be given as much notice as possible to redeem your points. If no notice can be given, efforts will be made to honor any remaining points and provide equivalent rewards.

5. Transfer and Gifting of Points
Non-Transferable: Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be gifted, shared, or combined with another person's account.

6. Gift Vouchers
Gift Voucher Policy: Points for gift vouchers are subject to different rules. If the purchaser of a gift voucher is not a client who has attended an appointment, only the recipient attending the appointment will receive the points.

7. Bookings Made Through Third-Party Platforms
Third-Party Bookings: Bookings made through third-party platforms such as Treatwell can be added to your loyalty account. These points will be consolidated and credited to your account at the end of each month.
Discrepancies: If there are any discrepancies in the points credited for bookings made through third-party platforms, it is the client’s responsibility to notify the business via email at info@chiasplacemassage.com. The client must provide the relevant booking details within 30 days of the booking date to ensure the points are added to their account.


8. Membership Requirements
Eligibility: The loyalty rewards program is open to individuals aged 18 and above. By participating, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.
Account Responsibility: Members are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information and ensuring their account remains secure. The business is not liable for any unauthorized access to accounts that results in the loss of points.

9. Program Modifications
Changes to the Program: The terms and conditions of the loyalty rewards program are subject to change at the discretion of the business owner. Any changes will be communicated via email or through the website, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. General Conditions
Fraud Prevention: Any suspected fraudulent activity related to the loyalty program may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of all accrued points.
Program Termination: The business reserves the right to terminate the loyalty program at any time. In such an event, participants will be notified, and any remaining points must be redeemed within a specified period.
Limitation of Liability: The business is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the operation of the loyalty program, including the incorrect crediting or deduction of points. The availability of services or products for redemption is not guaranteed and may vary based on demand or other factors.

11. Termination of Membership
Voluntary Termination: Members may choose to terminate their membership in the loyalty program at any time by contacting customer service. Upon termination, all accrued points will be forfeited.
Involuntary Termination: The business reserves the right to terminate a member’s participation in the program for violating these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activity.

 

12. Points on Redeemed Sessions and Discount Vouchers
No Points for Redeemed Sessions: Points will not be awarded for sessions that are redeemed using points or vouchers through the loyalty rewards scheme. Chia's Place has the right to deduct any points that might be added.
